These are the books that have inspired me in making my home beautiful and helping others to do the same.

Charles Faudree’s French Country Signature This is one of my favorite books. He shows entire rooms but smaller pictures zone in on details. There are a wide variety of types of rooms such as entry rooms, living rooms and even the back entrance! I use it to get colors, ideas for composing table scapes, and quirky ideas like using Queen Anne’s lace off the side of a road for a floral arrangement.

The French Connection This book is full of many different ideas and solutions for interior rooms. It is full of pictures of pretty things and how they can be put together. It’s an older, classic book; this isn’t the book for newer trends and updated rooms.

    | Southern. Country. Elegant.. I actually do have 2 questions for you if it’s allright.
Is it just me or does it appear like a few of the comments
appear like they are left by brain dead people? 😛 And,
if you are writing at additional sites, I’d like to follow everything fresh you have to post.
Would you make a list of every one of all your social networking pages like your Facebook page, twitter feed, or linkedin profile?
